Buying Process
Buying a house is one of the biggest financial decisions that you will make in your life. It is a lengthy and complicated process. But at Ignite Financial services we will provide you with the most suitable advice and help you to make the home buying process as easy and stress free as possible.
Make an appointment with Ignite, at home or at our offices. The meeting will outline the process of buying a house and most importantly establish your budget and the maximum purchase price. At this stage you can obtain an agreement in principle.
Once you have worked out the price range, the next step is to find your ideal home. You will then need to make an offer and agree the purchase price.
Meet again with your adviser and get the full application started. You will agree and book the mortgage product. At this stage the survey will get instructed and supporting documents will be forwarded to the lender.
Instruct a solicitor; at this stage they will begin local searches.
The mortgage lender will assess the survey and all your supporting documents. They will then issue a full mortgage offer. This will reflect the agreed mortgage product at the full application stage.
Solicitors take over at this point. They will carry out all the relevant legal work and report back to you. You will then agree an exchange and completion date.
We work closely with number of solicitors that are able to provide you with excellent service at reasonable rates.
